I go to some businesses where the owners family has asked their girls to help out and these poor girls look so afraid and timid and can hardly talk to customers. A lot of these parents are destroying their confidence and self image. I believe in gender equality. Unless the culture buys into gender equality and protection of females who are half the population we will never see improvement.
