Khawarij Taliban can be defeated by:

• stopping their foreign funding from Saudis,
• control of hate-filled madressahs to provide them with extremist fodder,
• purge their khawarij supporters in Pak institutions like army,
• going after them all out in all parts of the country.
• creating tribal lashkars to fight and sniff out khawarij Taliban from among them.
  These are just a few strategies we can work on.

Unfortunately racist Imran Talibani is a coward who can not think of anything but surrender to his fellow Taliban.
