MQM's own government my friend, reeks of fascism. The bhatta-supply that works it way up to to the top is one example. Do you agree the MQM collects bhatta or not?

Fascism emerged as corporations achieved more and more power. It is the capitalist's ultimate government. Other aspects of fascism were merely to enable corporations to acquire more and more power, such as social heirarchies and racism to scare people into giving up individual freedoms. It was a nexus of powerful industry and right-wing populist statism. The mere fact that MQM advocates left-wing/liberal social and economic policies runs counter to the fascism idea.

Musharraf's government had more fascist-ic tendencies with the belief in capitalism and the nationalization of industry through the army's many holdings, however they lack the racial purity aspect.

Haqiqi was a group created by ISI by taking elements from MQM who did not believe in the secular outlook. Since this terror group did not have much local appeal, jihadis from sipha-e-sahaba were merged with haqiqi to form the core of it's base. They were indoctrinated into thinking that MQM is a shia group out to get sunnis.

The MQM was created by general zia to weaken PPP in sindh and divide and rule sindh.
Afaq Ahmed and Aamir Khan had first surfaced towards the end of 1991. Once most trusted allies of leader of MQM, Altaf Hussain who also went on to guard Quaid-e-Tahreek, Altaf Hussain turned into the “moles” and brutes. Obviously this was a gradual process as both due to their criminal activities and involvement with certain establishment forces were kicked out by the party.
The formal split and formation of the Haqiqi came about in June 1992 after Operation Cleanup launched by Pakistani security forces in Karachi obviously the timing of which was most important.
There was some diffrances between Afaq ahmed gang and Saleem shehzad gang ( with in MQM ); diffrances were less about politics more about BHATTA system and CHANDA system.
This Gang war was first real threat for Altaf hussain since Afaaq ahmed gang was about to take over MQM\'s all powerful machainary of Bhatta system.
any how during early 91 first MQM gang fight broke out around Azizabad (90) Alataf Hussain first moved to Nazimabad # 1 from his 90 house in azizabad ..&vthen moved to Abasi Shaheed hospital ( kidney ke bemari ke waja se..) where he spent 2 months.

The detained haqiqi leaders like afaq and amir could be released any time soon because they have been aquitted in many criminal cases filed against them and expect more bloodshed to come to karachi.
