Pakistan has had some great players who originate from that region.

I think the politicians and/or governments should not interfere in sports except to provide facilities ...sports bodies should be independent...

Imran has played the game at the highest level. He would just devise a system of cricket that he believes would develop the game in the province and produce better cricketers not directly oversee cricket affairs. That would be up to the respective body or organisation

I have no doubt in Imran Khan's team launching a cricket structure in KPK...I guess it will be a successful one...in that case...the success model can be launched in other provinces of Pakistan too...
The strengh and stamina of KPK people score higher than the rest of Pakistan...so we can expect some really good fast bowlers in the future if properly trained...
PS: In general...governments can and should provide facilities only...for example...lay a track for athelete to run and train on it...but you don't have any business to tell him how to run on the track we provided to you...leave it to the athelete and the coach... :D

All I can hope is that he does not appoint someone like Pervez Khattak heading the body which oversees building of this cricket structure.

Also Khattaz is fine for now until the young PTI leadership that recently got elected in KPK can come out and show their worth to all.

I don't have list of names, if IK is going to setup then he should screen the names without getting into any pressure.

That is disturbing to know that Pervez Khattak was the best choice for PTI.

very good thing. His track record has shown he will develop from ground up. KPK has a lot of talent that is untapped.
