New ball or Old ball, Gul was always a mediocre test and ODI bowler. Talent and ability wise he is not in the league of the aforementioned bowlers.** Imran and the two W’s etc. most certainly did not suck with the new ball**

None of them is known for their new ball heroics. Don’t mention an odd 2, 3 matches.
