Biggest joke. Not downplaying the achievements of those players but ask esp. Wasim and Inzi. They all give Imran huge credit for the victory despite their immense contributions in that world cup. Imran's captaincy was a very very big factor why we won.
And you can see how our team has performed miserably in the last two world cups. Wasim, Miandad and Inzi were great players no doubt but Imran will always be regarded as the greatest cricketer ever to come from Pakistan. Actually he was the sole Pakistani player in Richie Benaud's all-time World-XI

Absolutely wrong. Inzi still holds Imran in the highest esteem and regards him as the greatest influence on his cricketing career. Just watch his interview after retirement. You should also know that not only Inzi was brought into the team by Imran but also the two W's owe him a lot for the bowlers they became eventually

Narriyal/Coconut if you claim to be in government you should be setting an example for others and not using such foul tapori language in your posts. Yes Imran has blasted Altaf and MQM in the past and quite rightly so because of their ghundagardi and bhattakhori but he is not anti urdu-speaking people at all. Most of the people in Imran’s party TI are urdu-speaking btw but you MQM supporters just unnecessarily give his stance an ethnic colour and malign him for no good reason all the time. I don’t know why you guys hate him so much and get your knickers in a twist at the slightest mention of Imran. He is our national hero kuch to sharm karo. He won us the world cup. Deal is always two ways, so if NRO was deal, than how President and BB deal was one way? What Musharraf got for that deal?
Pro-Musharraf MNAs in NA are 201 members and BB has 55 members. Total MNAs are 342 and that means for 2/3 majority to change the constitution, President needed 228 NA votes.
In election all pro-Musharraf voters (201) voted for him plus one from JI and I think one from ANP. So, can you answer that if there was deal, why President did not got the constitution changed (using PPP NA members vote) making himself eligible clearly (eligible as President in uniform) and then got his Presidential votes, why left thing to Supreme Court?
