^ Not sure if I completely agree with Imran here but Imran argues that this ‘war of terror’ is radicalising segments of the society i.e. those who are caught up in this fight, people whose children are dying etc. And these radicalised elements or militants because they also use religion as a tool for their political interests then get wrongly labelled as religious extremists. So it’s a fight for power and survival rather than just religion.
