Re: Imran Khan as a politician [split: Do we really deserve this Army..?]
GoldenAsif:
Well that may well be the case in civilised countries where the army personnel behave like professionals, confine themselves to the barracks and do not mess in politics or the affairs of the state, where there is rule of law and elected people head the government. In Pakistan we have a military dictator who is not really elected and the army is fast losing respect in the eyes of the people because of it’s constant interference in politics. If you want to support the dictator no matter what just say it, but please don’t come up with twisted arguments to defend his unconstitutional steps. Mush has now lost respect in the eyes of many people - period
And what nonsense are you talking here. Imran never gloated over the killings of any Pakistani soldiers. Don’t talk bull all the time. Yes he is very much against the military involvement in Waziristan but that does n’t in any way constitute treason in my book. He is entitled to his own opinion and whether you agree with it or not tough luck buddy.
Buddy it’s useless to debate with these guys…they can not see the highest baysharmee to which their mad man has resorted…I wish Musharaf will be in jail one day waiting to be hanged and I want to ask him his feelings that day when his wife and mother are manhandled by male police>>>
