Political and criminals feuds in Karachi, and sectarianism in Balochistan, are just SOME facets of problems. The fact is that Taliban extremist factor is present in both areas at a scale comparable to that in KPK.
So Imran calling for meeting between PM, COAS, and himself is nothing but his well known arrogance. He is not even the opposition leader but he thinks of himself to be a PM already. He is so full of air that he will explode one day.
Another manifestation of his ‘I, me, and myself’ kind of attitude is when he gave the victory speech after World Cup triumph.

Any army action taking place right now is in KPK…taliban’s resting and regrouping place is in KPK and FATA…drones are hitting KPK/FATA…so it only makes sense that the representatives of KPK sit down with the army and fed in order to understand whats even going on to begin with.

Karachi has been burning under MQM and PPPs fire for a very long time now…and they have merely provided a nice hiding place for criminal and terrorist elements. Blaming Imran would satisfy MQM’s ego, but Imran is not the problem. For Karachi, you know very well what, or who the problem is. Imran is the one guy who emphasises on team work more than anything else…unlike other parties, where puppet rabita committees are put forth to do someone’s bidding, and all decisions are either made in Londone, Dubai, Clifton or Raiwind.
