You fail to see the point. MQM is a toxic entity for the Urdu speaking people, they need to get rid of it and there’s no better way than the one I have suggested. PTI has members fom all over Pakistan, including Karachiites, it’s a party which is promoting ethnic cohesion and not civil war like MQM.

Edhi did a lot too. What does it mean?

What is important is his views on critical national issues. And Imran's zealous support of Taliban is a security risk for Pakistan.

Well, his ego make him a racist bigot bent upon supporting his "brethren", even if they are terrorists and enemies of Pakistan and Islam.
This ego makes him overlook Taliban terrorism before 2004.

And I believe PPP and even PML-n is a toxic entity (millions of Pakistanis agree with me) so I say we get rid of them as they will never get out of family jaddi pushti politics.

I think your plan all along is that karachiites join PPP and get “fed up” of it and their only choice then is PTI. Sorry, but things work out differently in realtime!

I am not getting personal. Getting off the topic with consecutive posts is trolling. Maybe you missed those posts. I will be making a fool of myself if we are talking about BB as a politician and I start derailing the thread by bringing her personal/non political life in the discussion.

Wrong – PML and PPP have seats across the various provinces and though they do have vote banks in specific provinces, the ethnic groups in those provinces vote for pretty much anything from ANP to PPP and PML, so the vote bank is split. Not the case for MQM – it’s history of conducting politics of ethnic supremacy is known to all resulting in a vote bank confined to a specific group in urban Sindh. Add to that the fact that it’s turned Karachi into a crime/murder hotspot since the 80s. Sad really, what it does to Karachi and the fact that some Karachiites don’t want to own up to the mess it creates.
