Imran blames Fazl for delay in dissolution of NWFP Assembly

NOWSHERA: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf President Imran Khan has said that unnecessary delay in dissolution of NWFP Assembly severely damaged the cause of All Parties Democratic Movement (APDM) and those responsible for it should be taken to task. Addressing a seminar on the ‘role of political parties and media in general elections’, he said that if he was Nawaz Sharif, he would have taken prompt action against those responsible for it.
He blamed Maulana Fazlur Rehman for inflicting irreparable loss on APDM. Criticising Benazir for striking a deal with General Musharraf, Imran said that now the new duo would play American plotted drama in tribal areas and shed blood of innocent tribal people. National Reconciliation Ordinance has been promulgated to give protection to those who plundered the national exchequer, he added. Jamaat-e-Islami District President Asif Luqman Qazi said on the occasion that matter of NWFP assembly will be discussed in next meeting of the Supreme Council of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal and whosoever is found guilty would be exterminated from the APDM.

Nawaz Sharif signed the APDM alliance with Fazlu in July, and met with him Jeddah a couple of weeks ago. Obviously Nawaz was taken for a fool by Maulana sahib as well? :)
