Why don’t you try and use your brain for 2 or more seconds and figure out what the Ministry of Defence is (government) and what GHQ is (military). Once you establish the difference you’ll understand my point. If you still don’t get it, I’ll be happy to draw a picture for you because clearly you have comprehension issues.
