Re: Imran - a 360 view
dude, ZAB is different, he was always against dictaorship and always had a feud with ayub, he even use to protest during those times. nawaz shirff is a completely different story, he use to praise zia ul haq and his military regime, he is no where near a politian, he was elected twice and acted like a dictator both times.
i would like to hear imran khan come out and speak against shirfs corruption, today, i know he has done it before but now hes defending him. i lost support for imran the day he sat in shirfs lap and stroked qazis beard.
Well dude I am not a die-hard Imran supporter in the sense that you cannot reason with me. Sometimes he says and does things that I can't quite comprehend. He has his flaws; egotistic, over-emotional at times, tendency to side with the wrong kind, Mullahs etc. I don't fully understand his real reasons for siding with NS now. If he is just seeking Nawaz and BB's support to oust a military dictator then I forgive him. But as I have said many times before the day Imran condoned their past corrupt practices, I will stop supporting him as well. All I know is he is honest and not corrupt like other politicians. And he seems sincere to me when he talks about socio-welfare and judicial reforms etc.
