Does anyone have any experience of taking a car from the UK to pak? What’s the proedure and is it very complicated?

cars only less than 6 years old are allowed to to imported to Pakistan as Gift to blood relative in Pakistan. duties and taxes will depend on the size of engine and brand as well. German brands attract more custom duty compared to japanese.
All Pakistanis can source car from anywhere in the world to ship to Pakistan with Gift or TR(transfer of residence) schemes. Forms are available from Pakistan High commissions, get these athorised from local high commission and send these to Pakistan, these will be required when you get your car released from customs there.
cars less than 2.0 litre or 2000CC engine size has less duty and taxes. merc and bmw attract more duty and also if you have top of the range model.
they do however depertiate duty rate for upto half of the original new price of the car. and then apply duty on it according to engine size and brand.
