Here's the question: Can the handbags be divided into like a duffel bag + a shopping bag of toys?
So, my luggage would be
2 suitcases
A duffel bag
A big shopping bag of toys...(Just 3 toys, big but very light in weight)
Would I be allowed to carry these on? I called up PIA to find out and they said it depends upon the guy working there...

Who said it has to be suitcases? Nah there 'wasn't' any limit to suitcases from what I know.. depending on whos checking you in, at times they do let in a few extra kilos and if you are over by a huge amount, you may need to pay or get rid of that extra weight. Isn't the weight in total 30 kgs? Or has it changed? (excluding hand luggage)
I thought hand luggage was 5 kilos.. but it may have changed now.
they would count each of them as a separate piece... and yes u will be allowed to carry those bags into the plane, if they are less then or equal to 7kgs.
I agree. Infact, you might even get away with taking more than 7kgs because they do not check the weight of the luggage that you are carrying in the plane. I did it so you might wanna try.......:D
