i guess, for me that’s the only downside of drinking so much water…

^ yea exactly, I try to drink 8-10 glasses and I even got one of those big jugs just so I could drink as much water as I needed to but I always feel like going to the bathroom every hour whenever I drink so much :(. It can be a real drag if i'm doing something really important

I don't drink too much water more like the usual 8 glasses everyday but when I do that I feel like going to the bathroom every second....does everybody experience this or does it imply some health problem.

i mean the body should be able to retain some water right?

^^thank god I’m not the only one, seriously I was thinking i had some major health problem, how do people do it then with fulfilling the water drinking requirement but then living in the bathroom the whole day:smack:?

i dont believe in the measurement of glass..glasses can be long or short or medium sized..so what i concluded..its better to measure ur water intake in liters than glasses..also i read somewhere that divide ur weight in kgs by 30 and this much liter u r supposed to consume daily...tea and coffee doesnt count in this..this everyone knows they r dirutics..

and so far as going to WC again and again..that is also not a big deal..when ur body is used to it then u dont go frequently..

I drink from water bottles, so maybe i should measure bottles... :p

I dunno I drink like wat 6-7 litres of water evday, can’t live widout it na :bummer:

i think i suffer from #5 and #7. Time for a trip to the water fountain.

Also its important not to gulp down a few glasses of water around the same time, since the body just dumps this water, and it doesnt benefit you. Best thing is to sip water
