I just ordered some books via UPS and I’m being told by UPS to pay a hefty amount in “import duties” else they’ll be sent back. Does anyone have any experience with such a situation? Aren’t books supposed to be duty exempt?

there are no rules here in pakistan when it comes to collecting money from public :halo: I am struggling and fighting at GPO since 2 months for a parcel with used clothes that they have taxed me with 32000rs !! If you are in Lahore, you must know the traffic situation and road blocks with processions every other day at the Mall road
