I dont see why that matters. He has balls, he was firing brigs and generals for meeting Musharraf without his permission. I think appointing him the COAS was a big mistake for Musharraf. He wont play any role in retaining mushy's kursi.

Ive personally seen how this crooked intelligence agency operates, and based on their screw ups in the past, I just hope its trashed.

you assumed too much when you posted, why not ask me what I mean rather than go on a tangent because you assume I am trying to imply something. Please realize every discussion is not blaming about some person or not.

The very simple and obvious point that I was making was that Kiyani is not going to sit idle and let politicians expose ISI to more scrutiny.

cojones or not, would you think that the head of military will let outside groups get into ISI business?

Yaar lets do a refreswher here on what I said, at no point did I say he will help retain musharraf's kursi, so you are making a counter-argument to something I did not even pose as a point :)

what i stated very simply was "the possibilities are still there however slim they may be. the exposure that military, especially ISI has these days with the civilian adminstration playing a strange game may play a role too"
