The title should be more like... Impact of a Careless Attitude towards your child's upbringing, and/or Impact of giving a free rein to kids when it comes to watching television.

It's not a government responsibility to control what is being watched at home, instead, it's the careless parents responsibility. These children are turning into American children who waste time on video games and TV, but the difference is that American children still have opportunities and possibilities; whereas, in Pakistan if you're poor like the family shown, there is a limit on what they can obtain.
This is just sad!

I don't like TV in general and I hate Star Plus because everyone in my family[aunties and uncles] are star plus addicts.
It's not a government responsibility to control what is being watched at home, instead, it's the careless parents responsibility. These children are turning into American children who waste time on video games and TV, but the difference is that American children still have opportunities and possibilities; whereas, in Pakistan if you're poor like the family shown, there is a limit on what they can obtain.
This is just sad!
