There was an interview on dutch telly a couple of days back.
this guy aged 40 was being operated on his appendix. But what didn t know was that was immune for sedatives. He did go to sleep but only for 5 minutes and then he woke up when they were bussy on his appendix
The whole operation took aprox 2 hours and all the time he was awake, but he couldn t move because the sedatives had peralized all his muscles, but he did feel everything .
He woke up at the moment they started cutting in his flesh with the knife.
ANd was in sever pain for 2 hours, cuz he felt everything.
After the operation he went into coma for 3 months and after that he had to learn everything again from walking to speaking, while the operation was a simple one.
And now after a year, he still can t sleep and he s taking the heaviest sleeping pills available on the market.
It was so sad, his face expression was soo painfull.
On the whole world there are several people who have this ‘disease’

Weren't the doctors able to see that he was awake, and abort the operation?
are there any tests to check if someone have this desease. I think there must be. So why Drs dont check the patients for this desease before operating.
