I don't see the specific quote where he linked the two? I read the full article in the times, and all i got from it was, what some refer to as the praetorian state or garrison state victim complex that the establishment has because of the events of partition. It's something intellectuals have written about in detail but you wouldn't expect Imran Khan to realise.
