Don’t worry and do not think too much about the settlement/housing part.
Everyone who immigrates to Canada goes through this, even those who got relatives here. It’s very easy to find accomodation and jobs.
There are so many websites and forums where u can get arrangements quickly and without hassle.
DO NOT pay anyone for help to get a job. You will find it on your own when you arrive here. Beware of shady consultants who promise a lot but nothing once they got your money in their pockets.
Canada is very welcoming and you have a ton of resources and help for newcomers. Just go ahead and apply for Canada.
