Forgery 
Have you ever forged somebody else’s signature and if so, why?

I forged my dads signature once :D .. h
People used to drop pages after pages of photocopied documents for him to attest (govt officer could do that in Pakistan). One day he came home late and was very tired, and then someone rang the bell and handed me a pile of documents to be attested. I did not want to bother my dad so used his rubber stamp and forged his signatures. He saw that and was definitely angry but did not say much :D

I did for my dad and then went and showed him that I signed for him (I think it was a school letter and he was running late and couldn't sign it). I remember him seeing it later and telling me that I did a pretty good job copying his signature :D
I had to do it for Mama once as well - she needed documents submitted and I couldn't go home and have her redo her signature (there was a deadline) - so I signed for her. I did tell her and she said theek kiya tum nay.

I think I did my mom’s a couple of times in school to get out of trouble

Yep, my dad's. Nothing official though. Just my school homework diary. We had to get it signed every week but sometimes I would forget so would do it to prevent getting in trouble with the teacher.

I copied my mum's all the times at school, she didn't mind. We never dared forging my dad's though, he woulda given us jhutti :(

Oh yes sir I have. Both my mum's and dad's, back in school mostly to get out of trouble and often to get out of the school early XD

Dad's was too hard! Was never able to master it
Mom's, quite a lot of times, back in high school! :D To skip classes (doctors appointments note) =p
