2012 is the year when Mayan calendar will finish and according to some Mayan historians it will bring spiritual changes in the world, as it it based on Mayan philosophy so it has nothing to do with Islam !

The verse is pretty self-explanatory. Any nation which has been destroyed/exiled cannot revive back to its original state, until Y&M are released. The Jewish nation-state was destroyed and the Jews were never able to revive the nation and a sovereign state again in that region for thousands of years, until now (1949). A destroyed nation that regained its heights means that Y&M have been released, just as the verse says.

There is no other meaning to the verse.

I'm reserving judgement on this. I don't believe the Jewish state has returned. I do not hold the current occupiers as true Jews, neither do the Orthodox Jews consider the Zionist occupation as something valid. It for sure is not in the same glory that was seen in the times of David (AS). You could still be right though.

If the Yajuj Wa Majuj are out, I say this from the point of view from the wall that is now broken in the Caucasus mountain range, then who are they?

If they are the mongol races which they could well be ... then the onslaught has already happened, but if anything in the way of poor weather could result then anything could happen in the future. It could well be a another raid from the mongol races after Isa(AS) has come.

Modern-day Israel is a sovereign Jewish state, residing in the exact same place from which they were exiled. This should be obvious now. Israel dominates the regional politics, militarily & economically, regardless of whether or not they have attained their previous glory. The Quranic verse(s) says that Y&M will 'swarm from every hill'. Most scholars have already reached a consensus on what this means. The 'hill' is every top position from every sector (i.e. politics, military, etc), and you should ask yourself who dominates these sectors these days? The answer is the West, with organizations such as the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and the United Nations. There is an Islamic prophecy of a satanic world order - the only world order that exists in present times is that of the U.N, where 99% of the world's nations follow their rules. 4/5 of the G-5 states are Western (Russia, France, Britain, US); the UN never penalizes Western nations (i.e. for colonizations, Western usury; IMF loan-sharks, etc), and they have proven to be impotent when it comes to dealing with Israel (over 600+ UN resolutions passed against Israel by the world community, since 1949, and not a single one penalized Israel) because somebody from the West (US, UK, or France) always vetoes UN resolutions against Israel.

United Nations is the satanic new world order, the West is Yajuj & Majuj, and the sovereignity of present-day state of Israel is a testament to these facts. This is the system of Dajjal, which has estabilished itself firmly on earth. The physical human figure of Dajjal is very close to appearing.

I was beginning to agree with you until everything that remained was presented in a metaphoric watering down of scripture.

From the scholarly sources that I have read, Dajjal comes in three stages ... Please read Dajjal - the AntiChrist by Ahmad Thomson ... he says first there are dajjalic system, then a Dajjalic elite and then the Dajjal himself.

All of the hadith that are coming true are gradually becoming more and more apparent. So their truth is manifesting all the time.

I can see and appreciate the metaphoric arguments, but I still believe all the hadith do not fit and if they do then we should be in the time of Isa (AS) or else then if everything is metaphor then we cannot possibly blame the likes of Ahmadiyya and Rationalists for coming up with things like they do.

I know of many scholars who are not following the metaphoric argument and in fact there are hadith that say the Mahdi will come in a time when he is least expected or when people will begin to lose hope and faith that he will actually arrive.

The symptom of making up metaphoric arguments on these events is telltale of a symptom which is cashing in on the wake of a prophecy. We must continue to work hard and prepare the ummah for the coming of the Mahdi. And ready ourselves for the Dajjal person or we might be caught out.

Please answer the following questions:

1) In some various scripture Yajuj Wa Majuj are supposed to be related to the Turks, how does your theory fit with this?
2) I believe the wall of DhulQarnain was built in in the Caucasus - could they therefore be the Tartars/Scythians?
3) Their population will be the majority for example in hell there will be many of them ... whose population is very high?
4) Other references say they eat everything ... which race eat everything?
5) Some references say they have horns - did not the mongols have horns in their first invasion?
6) Other references of them having flat faces like leather shields - whose faces can these be?

Yet all this confuses me ... Because some of these people have become Muslim ... even in the West ...

Anyway there are a lot of things that we aught to put in place I feel that perhaps there could be 2 phases of attacks the first one has happened the second may come later when Isa (AS) arrives.

Don't trust the Mayans too much. Had they known future that well they would have done something to save themselves.

The Quran is more authentic than any Hadith. If you disagree, then you may want to ask yourself these questions:

  1. When was the last time Jews had a sovereign nation-state (prior to 1949)? Why is there such a massive gap in between?
  2. Why were Jews expelled from the Holy Lands?
  3. What is the meaning of these verses (21:95-96), its relation to anything, and why are they revealed to us?

How long does it take for people to lose hope & faith? The way things are going right now in the Muslim world, I’d say most people will lose it in a couple of decades (if not sooner).

  1. I don’t know which verses you are referring to, but sure, they may be.
  2. They could be anyone attacking from that location.
  3. The non-Muslim population is very high, along with the populations of the UN, EU, NATO.
  4. Please provide the appropriate referrences. If you are looking for people who are willing to eat everything (including sand, cement, wood, and rocks), then you will probably never find them. Some things only make sense metaphorically. I know for a fact that the US accounts for less than 5% of the global population, yet consumes over 30% of the world’s resources (followed by EU). What do you make of that?
  5. Again, provide the authentic referrences, and refer to the answer below.
  6. The Mongolians? :lol: Yajuj & Majuj could be anyone (or everyone). You are searching for the answer with a predetermined conclusion that only one single nation can be Yajuj & Majuj. What about other referrences where it is stated that 999/1000 will be Yajuj & Majuj? If we were to distribute that number among today’s population, Y&M would include many Muslims (or those who think they are adherents of Islam).

Here are a few verses and facts that may clear up your confusion:

The statuest of Yajuj & Majuj are present in London, and if I remember correctly, they have some local festival each year, based on these figures.

And Sufyan made a sign of ten with the help of his hand (in order to indicate the width of the gap) and I said: Allah’s Messenger, would we be perished in spite of the fact that there would be good people amongst us? Thereupon he said: Of course, but only when the evil predominates.”

*"Abu Hurayrah reported that the Prophet (S) said, “Every day, Gog and Magog are trying to dig a way out through the barrier. When they begin to see sunlight through it, the one who is in charge of them says, ‘Go back; you can carry on digging tomorrow,’ and when they come back, the barrier is stronger than it was before. This will continue until their time comes and Allah wishes to send them forth. They will dig until they begin to see sunlight, then the one who is in charge of them will say, 'Go back; you can carry on digging tomorrow, in shaa’Allah.’ In this case he will make an exception by saying in shaa’Allah, thus relating the matter to the Will of Allah. They will return on the following day, and find the hole as they left it. They will carry on digging and come out against the people. They will drink all the water, and find the hole as they left it, and the people will entrench themselves in their fortresses. Gog and Magog will fire their arrows into the sky, and they will fall back to earth with something like blood on them. Gog and Magog will say, ‘We have defeated the people of earth, and overcome the people of heaven.’ Then Allah will send a kind of worm in the napes of their nacks, and they will be killed by it…‘By Him a in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the beasts of the earth will become fat.’” *

“This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Jabir with the same chain of transmitters but with this addition that Gog and Magog would walk until they would reach the mountain of al-Khamar and it is a mountain of Bait-ul-Maqdis and they would say: We have killed those who are upon the earth. Let us now kill those who are In the sky and they would throw their arrows towards the sky and the arrows would return to them besmeared with blood. And in the narration of Ibn Hujr (the words are):” I have sent such persons (Gog and Magog) that none would dare fight against them."

“… Allah would send Gog and Magog and they would swarm down from every slope. The first of them would pass the lake of Tibering and drink out of it. And when the last of them would pass, he would say: There was once water there.”

*The Prophet said, “Allah will say, ‘O Adam!. Who amongst us will be that man (the lucky one out of one-thousand who will be saved from the Fire)?” He said, “Have the good news that one-thousand will be from Gog and Magog, and the one (to be saved will be) from you.” The Prophet added, “By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, I Hope that you (Muslims) will be one third of the people of Paradise.” On that, we glorified and praised Allah and said, “Allahu Akbar.” The Prophet then said, “By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, I hope that you will be one half of the people of Paradise, as your (Muslims) example in comparison to the other people (non-Muslims), is like that of a white hair on the skin of a black ox, or a round hairless spot on the foreleg of a donkey.”

..drunk, yet not drunk. Literally speaking, it does not make any sense at all. Nobody said everything has to be metaphorical, however, as you can see, somethings make no sense literally, yet make perfect sense metaphorically. The Prophet taught Islam to bedouins of ancient times, not rocket scientists of the modern age. Many of the prophecies (that I, along with many scholars believe) which were revealed to the bedouins were done so in a simplistic way so they could get an idea of that which was beyond their ability to perceive, yet within the ability of the people of later times. Let me give you an example:
What would an ancient bedouin (or any person trying to understand, literally) make of the following Quranic verse?

“Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The metaphor of His Light is that of a niche in which is a lamp, the lamp inside a glass, the glass like a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive, neither of the east nor of the west, its oil all but giving off light even if no fire touches it. Light upon Light. Allah guides to His Light whoever He wills and Allah makes metaphors for mankind and Allah has knowledge of all things.”
[Qur’an, 24:35]

Lets see if you can figure out what this metaphor refers to, and when you do, hopefully you will understand why the bedouins would not have understood this idea literally.

Y&M are supposed to come in waves: the Mongol invasions may have been the first of the waves, but certainly not the last. The Quranic verse has nothing to do with figuring out who Y&M are, but is testament to the fact that they have been released and are present amongst us now. Umar (as) once said something like “that door (barrier of Y&M) will not be opened, it will be broken and thus never close again”.
