Allah had ordered Younis(AS) to call people to Islam but with Imam Mahdi there is no such case so your comparison is totally wrong. Imam Mahdi will lead the war against antichrist and in this war Jesus(AS) will kill dajjal and a peaceful government under Jesus will follow until his death. May be Imam Mahdi will get Shahadah in the war(Allah hu Alim)
So u r suggesting that in the ahadith which says that Mehdi will lead the great wars and all that things is not from Allah, he will do it by himself and the Prophet has just spoken about a person who will come in late ages... is that what u are suggesting???
one more question for u! if He is going to Shaheed in that war then why it is not mentioned in ahadith??? was it hard or the fabricater never thought of that???
