Simplest way is: email the image to yourself, open email from your computer, save image file on your computer, upload.

Even simpler is to attach iphone to computer (USB) and use iTunes (or windows program) to download anything including images from iphone to computer. Then upload images.
No need to use e-mail this way.

^Good method. USB attachment to PC will allow you to browse iphone as a folder with all your images in it, which you can then drag on to your PC and upload anywhere.
