please can anyone advise me how to add an image from a powerpoint file or word file? i know how to from the internet but not from an application.
I am trying to share an image from a powerpoint presentation with u all, please advise

You cannot just upload a Word/PP file, even if it just has that graphic.
In the Power Point/Word document right click on the image and click copy
Open Paint (Start>Programs>Accessories>Paint)
Click Edit>Paste
Save the file in *.jpg or *.gif format and then upload it here!

BTW your new image file should be < 75K
sorry but my paint bitmap application cannot save as*.jpg or *.gif
the only options it has is save as: -
monochrome bitmap
16 color bitmap
256 color bitmap
24-bit bitmap
all files
all of the above do not work,

Hummm, Try selecting all files and then do
whatevername.jpg or whatevername.gif in the file name box!
Maybe Confused or other Gurus of graphics can help you!
no, not worked, i saved them as all files and followed by jpg and gif but when i open the files they come in the internet window but without an image

Dude, you need a better imaging software. Download Irfanview from the web (Free) or get hold of MS Photo Editor or Adobe Photoshop.
