for senior marketing executive (i am assuming middle management) you can expect something like 3-4 lakh and a city/civic/corolla.

if you talk about more senior then i think 5-6 lakh and even better car like accord.

medical insurance etc is ofcourse there.

if you get hired while you are in UK they should pay for your relocation to pakistan also. you and your family costs.

I work in middle management in a private company . 3-4 lakh is crazy ! I doubt a company would pay that much amount , may be a bank but definitely not for middle management. yes medical insurance is there but not all of them are good and sufficient many of them don’t pay for medicine.

I know multinational pharmaceuticals pay for relocation but I doubt about other companies

I don’t intend to discourage anyone but please don’t live in fantasy world think alot before taking life changing decisions and yes I agree by applying for job from UK there is a better chance of getting it and you have more negotiating power.
