but I can’t sleep

Any of you ever feel this way?

I just spent an hour in bed, tossing and turning, with no success I’m too tired/sleepy to sit in front of computer but I can’t fall asleep.

yeah I get that...
dont toss and turn.. do something mildly distracting.. like reading or writing a journal.. some hot milk is good... but nothing too stimulating... caffine or sugary products...

that is what it is for... but with our current connection with Quran, we as a nation have come to a point where we do not even know what Quran is talking... we argue for long about the meaning of a verse and translation and interpreting it on our own... time for everyone of us to go back to the source..
but again, it is a fact that wherever you start talking about Allah and Quran, you start feeling sleepy... A scholar once told me that's because Zik'r of Allah is like the bed of roses whereas all other non-islamic acts are like bed of spikes...

thats my point... those are the subjects that make and keep me alert, wide awake... not sleepy... porbably because I make a point of reading the translation along...
