Your refusal to go is your fault. Don't blame him for having fun. Probably if you were there, the pics may not seem like a big deal now.
What kind of coworkers he has? Does he work in auto mechanic workshop? What kind of coworkers "kiss" other coworkers' wives or girlfriends?
