Look at it this way, If they're making fun of you then they're definietly jealous of how you good you look. Just be confident and ask them directly why they are being so obnoxious and rude, it does help them shut up.
I think youre very pretty, be confident and dont put up with the comments. Outright ask them what the hell is their problem.
To wear in Karachi, bring something comfortable, nice shirts, jeans, shalwar kameez.
