Decrease number of showers you take :hehe:, don’t use hot water, don’t use moouse, gel, etc.

^ Actually i’ve quit using gels/mousses/blowdrying my hair for a few weeks/about a month now, just use shampoo and conditioner and I honestly feel that my hair is silkier and even thicker! :eek:

O K guys, got an update, I took the hair-cuttin machine and cut off all my hair, got a military type look going on now. lol maybe it was a mistake.

Anyone tried Nioxin? My hair has started to thin a bit and the hairdresser recommended it. They have different lines for different hair types and degree of loss.
