Maybe your hair just needs a change of routine.

Try changing the products you use for a while and see if it makes a difference

Also, hair loss can be linked to diet - try and analyse what you've been eating a highlight any possible deficiencies

o and btw - worrying will only make it worse! So chill :)

Its normal for hair to fall, and recede, the biggest stress comes from the fact that you worry about it too much.

Let it be, and move on, no one will say anything, more than half the world’s men are bald - some women too.

I’m 19 too, and I im losing hair too:P i just stopped caring.

Do this tho, Go bald, sleep on time, eat healthy, and always put oil in your hair. Don’t use gel.

And inshallah u’r hair will be fine! lol, get married soon too..apparently, some girls don’t like bald guys :expressionless:

Afridi, if its genetic then there may be no way to stop it, using extra virgin olive oil for couple of hours per day/evening will slow down the process a lot but all depends upon what is happening beneath the skin. To do that put the oil in ur hair and gently massage them.

Your ultimate choice may be "cheera" (I mean implant) in future.

nai yaar...smash an egg, mix it and apply to ur head and hair...same thing goes with the oil...apply to ur head...only downfall for the oil thing is u might get dandruff...

u got da bad genes..... bad balding genes! dun waste time and money on shampoos, tonics etc etc

as someone already suggested, shave off all ur hair and grow a go-t.

ps: this will result in increase of female attention.
