the gym iv started has this very cool machine called a power plate- basically its this massive vibrating machine, on which u can do some stretches-post exercise, this helps to break down the lactic acid-which causes post-exercise pains and cramps.....but anyways.....take some nurofen! or uses deep heat massage gel itl help with the muscle strain...

ps....abhay...bolay to....yeh tapori is-style main baat kyun kar-re laye?...im not munna bhai, u bloody mamu!
