I don’t know kis ke nazr lag gayi hai, i was doing good in gym even after a 2 months break. Just after 2-3 days of starting bk i gt bk to my routine just fine and was enjoying it. But now since last 2-3 days my knuckles n arms r hurting and i feel so weak like when i m holding something im afraid i mite drop it and i have dropped few things here n there. LOl. but yah its kinda scary cuz i m eating normal no strict diets for me but still so much weakness, i wonder why :(.
I askd the trainer at gym, she said it cud be cuz im nt taking enuff water or just that i have weak muscles for which i shud do strength trainging. But i m avoiding strength trainging myself just for this month so that i can first drop few pounds n that incooprate the strength training to the routine..
Anyway, shud i be worried? i have started taking my vitamin thingy which my doc had earlier prescribed. Am gonna try drink more water n perhaps have fresh juices too.
if you truly dont know what it is, then go to a doctor. Or drink more water. If you have aching muscles it's most prob because you're going to the gym after a long time. happens to me too.
When you start any routine after a long time, your body gets sore.
If you over exert yourself, your body gets sore.
If you dont have enough water in your body, you will feel weak.
If you arent taking mutlivitamins or something with potassium to help build torn muscles...your body will feel weak and tired. When you exercise consistently, you lose potassium through sweat and urine (most people that are exercising drink a lot of water). A banana a day should help.
^ Yup esp since last 2-3 days i have been sweating more. And i do urinate alot lol so i guess i better start filling myself with water b4 i faint or something.
it normally happens to me also ....when ever i left doing workout u start again after a week .....i could not even lift weight properly .....so IMO be regular
r u over doing it? don't do it everyday but start with 2-3x a week alternating b/w cardios n workout(weight lifting)
no, i have been working out for almost a year now though on n off but ya still. I m nt new to workout routine so i dont think its abt that. Plus i dont overdo it at all. I do exercise 6 days a week but in moderate level.

Its very normal. Working out after a certain gap may tore muscle cells. Infact its a good indication that you have done something. To recover faster, include more protein rich diet in your meals like eggs, non-fat milk, cheese etc.
workin out aftr a certain time will hurt muscles for a while but then uwill be fine again dont worrie Gal, take shower with hot water and turn dat part of the body towards shower which is hurting like ur back or arm, so hot water warms up the muscles and relaxes them. It will help u a lot trust me!! When I go for swimmin after a long time, I cant even move but I take a good shower and I get back to normal. our muscles become stiff but den In 3-4 weeks they will be fine
