ask ur friends to join a gym/club together.Anything done in a group like karate class,kick boxing,swimming lessons or dance fitness class might keep u motivated.having a personal fitness trainer coming to ur place is also a gud idea thoug an expensive one.there are certain forums online like weightwatchers where u can get some inspiration from other members.having a daily log helps too.
One final tip(esp if u r overweight).Hav a pic of u in undergarments from diff angles n paste it inside ur closet or somewhere only u see it on daily basis.that might make u do something. lol
u know exactly what u need to do in order to lose that extra pounds but just dont wanna do it. You don't need to go to gym as of yet.. ( though it'll be good if u do ).. but little things that u can do to help reduce ur weight are the things in ur diet. Candies? Cola?.. :(
motivation as u said u dont have, fine.. it can be understood but plan?.. how do u have 'plan' when u're eating candies , cheetos, drinking cola etc? Stop with those things as soon as possible, drink plenty of water instead of cola. Im sorry but the fact is u wont ever lose weight if u keep on eating those unhealthy stuff, regardless of howevermuch u workout.. ( which u say u dont )..
and ofcourse your “plan” is messed up because no one says colas or candies are ‘healthy’
ok so lets work on ur plan first before we get to the motivation part. So, you want to lose 6kgs. You didnt give any time frame in which u wanna lose that much weight.. so i assume you wanna take it slowly but in a healthy manner. Your plan should include not eating any sugary stuff. Start off with that routine for a week and try not touching any colas etc.Switch sugary drinks with water ( i know its hard but hey you gotta do what u gotta do right? ).. Once ure used to not eating sugary stuff, you should then move on to something else that would help you with ur goal. Eat raw veggies and fruits to fulfill your hunger. For snack how about switching from chips ( cheetos i guess thats what it is .. chips? ).. to protein bars. ( you lose something u get something.. in losing its the money im talking about here)..they’re a bit pricey but will definitely be worth trying. No fast food restaurants food please. Now, you’ll be like sigh what is there left to eat?. Well, you can eat pretty much watever you want except anything that contains saturated fat and high amount of sugar. What comes in “pretty much whatever” are peanut butter,oatmeal, eggs, milk, chicken breasts etc. Try eating 6 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 heavy meals a day. Keep in mind, when losing weight you really gotta give up on all the great food tastes and just go on a strict diet. Lastly, try consuming only as much calories as you think you’ll be able to burn off.. ( you’ll lose much faster if u eat less and burn more, i know u know that ). I’m tired now, but i guess this is pretty much all your plan should look/sound like.
