In both ghazal and song, the poets wanted to say: Logon ko jo kehna hai, kehne do... unhon ne Paghambar and Pak hastion pe ungli uthai to aam logon ke liye kuch kehna unke ke liye koi badi baat nahin. bas apne dil ki suno.

Sang = Pathar, Dar e Kaba = Baitullah so Sang e Dar e Kabaa = A stone from Baitullah; Asnaam is plural of Sanam which means idols (but) in Arabic. Daaghe e Qaba = stain on clothes
