i’m having trouble with illachi. i make kewa and serioulsy there is merely a taste os ilalchi. started with 2-3-4 and now 6.
tried tons of brands. swad. pakistani anything nothing worked.

Ok, take 3-4 eliachis and smash them with a belan. That will release their fragrance and them put them in the kahva.

Illaichi's tend to lose flavor if they are not stored in airtight container. Its vital to store them in airtight container to preserve their natural flavor.
Pound the elaichi before u add it to food..

i did both and they are in air tight container. feel like trying organic ones now.
See an ENT specialist , your nose might be clogged.
