It was a social/charity event and she was with her family, sitting across the room. How do you approach someone like that at a desi event? but, a quick incognito glimpse did the trick. We’d sneak looks and she would smile every time, the whole time we were there. Then it lead to nothing, because her darn folks were there. I had to leave, and I’ll probably never see her again. :frowning:

i can’t stop thinking about her. and i had to come vent somewhere. gaaaah.
