Muddat Se Mera Dil Hai K Abaad Nahi Hai,
Honton Pe Magar Aaj Bhi Faryaad Nahi Hai,

Aata Hai Khayalon Mein Mere Uska Hi Chehra,
Bas Us K Siwa Kuch Bhi Mujhe Yaad Nahi Hai,

Phirte Hain Sabhi Log Yahan Sehme Huwe Se,
Is Sheher Mein jJaise Koi Azaad Nahe Hai,

Dekha Hai Ujarte Huwe Kitne Hi Gharon Ko,
Hai Kon Jo Is Ishq Mein Barbad Nahi Hai,

Ik Leher Si Uthti Hai Aaj Bhi Mere Dil Mein,
Is Leher K Uthne Ka Sabab Yaad Nahi Hai
