Once of my colleague went to our Japnese boss room and wrote something about her & me in joke and we forgot to remove it 
…next day she called me ask what is this 
i thought its only saying that you are good and bla bla but she focused on one word and said what is this 
I tried to remove it but she didn’t allow me and call another very senior person and he translated exactly what has been written
