Ignore Option

For the ignore option, whoever you ignore :

You do not see their posts.

Do you also not get PM’s from them? Are they also not able to post in your journal?

I don't think ignore function works with journals as it's not part of the core but an optional 3rd party add-on. The person in your ignore list shouldn't be able to send you a PM but I might be wrong as I have never worked with vBulletin.
