I think if it truly affects me then I'd like to know. If it doesn't affect me even if it's about me, then no, I can do without knowing.

Depends on many factors. Ignorance might be a bliss in many situations where that evil action has reached a full stop, hence digging it is useless.
But certainly it is not a bliss in the cases where the after effects of that sin spreads/returns/haunts like a disease and leads to a series of negative effects/circumstances, sooner or later.

at times ignorance is truly a bliss...but at times just putting yourself in misery to stay ignorant and dreading the outcome is so not a bliss and it's better then to know and get it done with !
for instance an exam result one did really badly in :D

Ignorance truly is bliss. Intelligence and curiosity lead to the harsh realities of life. At least that’s my excuse for being miserable

I used to think like that too, thinking that I was strong enough to handle whatever was coming my way…but what is that they say..hindsight is twenty-twenty???
After a long, hard fought lesson, I would concur that ignorance definitely is bliss :hinna:
