• aaaloooo eik
• whole red chilis (3-5)
• cumin seeds (1.5 table spoon)
• oil (2-3 table spoons)

1. cut potato in small bites (see pic below).
2. In a bowl mix these bites with salt, cumin and red chills (break the chilies so sees can mix evenly)
3. Heat the oil in pan and spread potato in the pan. cover for 6-7 min and cook on low hear. remove cover and make the potatoes as crispy as you want by roasting from both sides.

Goes very well with yellow daal and white rice…

I make it the same way, its one of my husband favourites, and such a simple dish.
