Potato toasts. Boil potatoes. Season with salt, black pepper and zeera. Spread on bread slices and cut them. Coat with cornflour batter and deep fry.

I have posted the chicken version in the ohter thread. This one, is a lot easier. And we make it more frequently then we do the other one.

You can also make chola chaat - just requires a bit of chopping of onions and tomatoes and cilantro otherwise it should be quick with salt, red peppers, chaat masala and lemon juice/imli juice.

Re: Iftar Appetizers - 15 minute Recipes

Fruit chaat is easiest to be made, you can add in chick peas, lemon juice, yogurt, chaat masala, salt n black pepper, little sugar for more taste...its yummy.
For this you dont need much fruit, cann be made with only apple and bananas.

Another quick recipe is fried fish or chicken breasts...roll fish or chicken fillet in seasoned all purpose flour (salt, black pepper, ginger garlic powder), then roll it in egg n in the end roll in lightly crushed corn flakes( for better taste) or breadcrumbs n deep fry it.
