Iftaar & Sehri ideas for coeliecs

Hi, please help. i need to follow a gluten-free diet but im having trouble finding desi foods that are suitable to eat, even during ramadan its highly difficult…i normally eat roti with curry, follow a simple diet but the wheat atta roti isnt good for me, i tried makkai ki roti but its not nice. Almost everything we eat is made of wheat, from chappati, pasta, samosa pastry to bread or biscuits. which i totally need to avoid..iv tried the alternative gluten-free brand but its tasteless…im ending up starving myself from essential nutrients. please could anyone help?

Can you have rice and lentils? You could try having dosas that are pancakes made of rice and mash daal.

you can make roti/naan of glutenfree flour and have a normal meal like before.

just buy glutenfree pasta, flour, biscuits etc. make your own glutenfree pizza and freeze it so you can just warm it for sehri and eat it without all the fuss in the middle of the night.

other than that there are many glutenfree pakistani dishes like pakore, dahi bhadde, allu tikki etc for iftar and all the curries and salan we have in Pakistani cuisine is glutenfree
