Sure you :) or anyone else who's a butter chicken expert. I didn't know such a dish existed till I went to the US and tried it. I liked it! Now back in Pakistan no one I know makes it and it's not served in restaurants here though the butter chicken shaan masala is available in the market. So I'm thinking of trying to make it for family here

^here's the recipe....
Ingredients:
Chicken
Tomatoes (small cubes)
Ground Onion
Fresh cream, Yogurt
Salt, Black Pepper, red chilli powder, Garam masala
Ajwayin, Cinnamon stick
Ginger garlic paste
Lemon juice or Vinegar
Green paste (Fresh coriander, Green chilli)
Butter
Marinate the chicken with Fresh cream, Yogurt, Onion Paste , Salt, Black pepper, Red chilli powder, garam masala & LJ/vinegar. Keep aside for half an hour.
Heat butter in a large wok over a medium flame. Fry the tomatoes until soft, about 7-10 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste, ajwayin & cinnamon stick, Stir well. Add the chicken mixture stir well and cook on medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes till the oil floats on top. Now add green paste and cook for few minutes more. Decorate with whipped cream.
