**as for along the lines of cooking with salt, you could try sugar (as long as you’re not baking). salt and sugar both enhance the flavor of the food - bring out the taste.

you are right ASA i used to have this stupid habbit of sprinling salt on everything.i left it for a week and wow now i can live without salt:D
