You’re also not working. It’s not so practical when you are though. My father is diabetic, and my mom started making haath ki roti with some sort of healthier ata (no idea what she uses), but she makes them on the weekends, and puts them away in the refrigerator. But her kids have also all moved out of the house, and there isn’t that much to do on the weekends. So it’s do-able, depending on how involving your job is.

If you’re superbusy and dont have any time at all to make rotis … but still like roti .. you can always buy deep’s tandoori rotis Just pop them in the oven and they’re done in no time. Roti isn’t a big deal
