When it comes to women, rotis and husbands there are three types of cases:

1. The subservient
2. The activist antagonist
3. The sublimely maternal

The subservient wife will feel afraid or guilty for not making rotis for her husband
The activist antagonist wife views the notion of cooking rotis for her husband as a symbol of male domination and resists
The sublimely maternal wife views herself as a greater human who must feed the husband creature because he is deficient and immature.
